Server Terms of Service

This Terms of Service is a valid contract between Fireline and you regarding server services. 1. Service Content

3. Rights and obligations

3.1. Your rights and obligations

3.2. Fireline rights and obligations

3.2.1. Fireline shall provide services in accordance with the terms of service.

3.2.2. During the service period, Fireline will provide you with the following customer services:

3.2.3. If the service involves a server, Fireline is only responsible for the underlying part of the operating system, that is, the relevant technical architecture and operating system of the server. The upper part of the operating system, such as the applications you install on your system, is your responsibility. In addition, if you upgrade your operating system by yourself, it may cause adverse effects such as downtime. Please take risks and exercise caution.

3.2.4. Fireline will eliminate the malfunction of your non-human operation, except for your cause and/or force majeure and matters not within the control of Fireline.

3.2.5. Fireline should strictly abide by its confidentiality obligations.

3.2.6. You understand and accept that Fireline will conduct room relocation of your server if necessary. Fireline will inform you in advance before performing the above operations.

4. User data preservation, destruction and download

4.1. Your user data will be partially or fully disclosed under the following conditions:

4.1.1. With your consent, disclose to third parties;

4.1.2. To disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of administrative or judicial bodies;

5. Intellectual property

6. Privacy Policy

8. Liability for breach of contract

8.2.1. Fireline requires a short interruption of service during server configuration and maintenance.

8.2.2. The speed of access to your website is degraded due to the obstruction of the access on the Internet.

8.3. If you are unable to use the service for 72 consecutive hours due to Fireline's reasons, you may terminate the service, except for those caused by non-Fireline controls.

8.4. In no event shall Fireline be liable for any damages indirect, consequential, disciplinary, contingent, or special, including any loss of profit from your use of the Fireline Service (even if you have been advised of the possibility of such loss). 

9. Force majeure

9.1. In the event of force majeure or other accidents, the implementation of these Terms of Service is impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless, and the party that is subjected to force majeure or accident does not bear any responsibility.

9.2. 10. Legal application and dispute resolution
